Please refer to the following table for more information about the licensing types and conditions.

(b) Site License
If you intend to install the IP2Location or IP2Proxy database or software on cloud infrastructure or multiple computers within your organization for internal use, you should use the Site License. The cost remains fixed regardless of the number of computer installations. The Site License is essential for cloud infrastructure hosted remotely. Please visit the IP2Location Site License page for pricing.
For certain sectors, including but not limited to content delivery networks, government agencies, financial institutions, advertising networks, VOD platforms, artificial intelligence entities, and gaming studios, we require the acquisition of a Site License as the sole supported licensing type within your organization. This requirement applies regardless of the internal use case or the number of servers you plan to deploy.
(c) Redistribution License
If you are incorporating any commercial features or engaging in business activities using the IP2Location database or IP2Proxy database or software, you will need to obtain a Redistribution License for commercial use. The complete database is non-redistributable. You need to install the database on your servers and offer your solution as SaaS. Please visit the IP2Location Redistribution License for a quotation.
For certain sectors, including but not limited to information security, social networks, search engines, and advertising platforms, we require the acquisition of a Redistribution SaaS License as the sole supported licensing type within your organization for both internal and external use cases.
(d) Web Service License
We offer an API license that allows remote queries to the API hosted on our servers. The license fee is on a pay-per-use basis depending on the API interface and data required. You can embed the IP2Location API or IP2Proxy API within your own internal applications with this license. Please visit IP2Location Web Service and IP2Proxy Web Service for more information.
